I am currently debating making my life worse by skipping out on some incredibly ridiculous role-playing activity in the course that I’m taking. I’d known it was coming because it was mentioned in the previous class before Labor Day, but I just refused to stress over it at least until I had all the details. When Fighting Anxiety: Don’t Fight It!

The funny thing I’m realizing about my anxiety is that when it gets out of hand, it’s because I let it get out of hand.
